DELIVERY TIMES

Dispatch

• We will endeavour to dispatch all wholesale orders that are placed before 12.45pm and all dropship orders that are placed before 2pm on the same day, Monday to Friday.*
• Orders that are placed on a Friday after these cut-off times will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Saturday delivery is possible, please contact the sales team to enquire about this option.

*To ensure that your order is shipped the same day, please get your order in as early as possible.

Wholesale Delivery

• UK customers – Delivery charges are £10 for orders under £250 ex VAT. Orders over £250 before VAT will receive FREE next day delivery with our preferred courier (ParcelForce or UK Mail). If you would like DPD to deliver your parcel, you will have to order a minimum of £500 before VAT for free shipping. If not, we charge £10 for DPD delivery.
• EU customers – Orders over £500 will receive FREE delivery. For smaller orders, please contact us for courier information and costs.
• For wholesale shipping to other parts of the world, please contact us to enquire about costs and options.

Dropship Delivery

There are eight options for UK delivery:

• Royal Mail 48 (Uninsured + under 1kg) = £3.00 + VAT

• Royal Mail 48 (Uninsured + under 2kg) = £3.00 + VAT

• Royal Mail 24 (Uninsured + under 1kg) = £4.00 + VAT

• Royal Mail 24 (Uninsured + under 2kg) = £4.00 + VAT

• £3.60 + VAT for Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery usually taking 2-5 working days

• £5.40 + VAT for Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery, delivered next working day*

• £5.95 + VAT for ParcelForce Next Day Delivery Tracked Delivery, delivered the next working day*

• £7.07 + VAT for DPD Red Next Working Day Delivery*
• £11.30 + VAT for Saturday Delivery

European dropship orders are delivered for £15.30 by Royal Mail within 3-10 working days

Dropship delivery to the Rest of the World costs £25.40 and the US costs £26.00 and usually takes between 7-10 working days

All delivery prices are exclusive of VAT. Please note that items delivered outside the UK carry a weight limit (2kg for Europe, 1.5kg for outside Europe), items over these limits may incur extra delivery charges and customs fees. Please contact our sales team for more information.

* 2 working days for certain AB, DD, FK, TD, PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly.

Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing. Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.
